Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects (e.g. workmanship defects such as open seams or defective zippers) that are already present at the time of delivery.

Excluded from the warranty are: Damage caused, for example, by improper handling, natural wear and tear, failure to observe the instructions for use and/or care, chemical or electrochemical action or force majeure are excluded from the warranty.

A warranty claim is also excluded if work is carried out on the item by unauthorized persons or if parts of foreign origin are processed on the item. The additional warranty does not limit the statutory warranty.
